🇺🇸 Seeking Re-Election as Fairview Court Clerk
I am excited to announce that I am seeking reelection to continue serving our community as your Fairview Court Clerk.
🇺🇸 Experience & Service
• Began serving the City of Fairview in 2014 as Deputy Court Clerk
• Appointed Court Clerk in 2018 following the retirement of my predecessor
• Placed on a special ballot in 2020 when the role became elected
• Honored to be reelected by our community again in 2022
• Proudly serving Fairview for 12 years
🇺🇸 Modernizing Court Operations
• Implemented credit and debit card payments (in person and by phone)
• Made it easier for citizens to meet their obligations
• Improved the court’s ability to efficiently collect funds
🇺🇸 Protecting Rights & Reducing Risk
• Partnered with Williamson County Jail during COVID to implement video court appearances
• Ensured inmates could appear before a judge while protecting their rights
• Reduced the need for inmate transport, lowering risk and liability for the city
• System remains in use today for continued efficiency and safety
🇺🇸 Financial Accountability & Results
• Began issuing Scire Facias to hold bonding companies accountable
• Recovered funds that directly support court operations
• Created structured payment plans to promote accountability
• Transformed the court from operating at a deficit to becoming self-sustaining
🇺🇸 Strong Relationships & Leadership
• Built positive working relationships across the legal system
• Fostered collaboration with Assistant District Attorneys, Public Defenders, and probation
• Helped make Fairview Court a respected and professional environment
